Refund Policy

A full refund will be automatically processed to all users who have made their application through this website, were eligible for an eTA and, had their application denied by the government.

 

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed that we will begin processing your application. Your application is guaranteed to be processed before the departure date to Canada you listed on the application if enough notice and time is given. Should you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you can apply to be considered for receiving a refund depending on your reasons and other factors such as time and progress of the application.

 

If you wish to request a refund, please email us through the "Contact" page and specify the following:

  • Your reason for the request to be refunded

  • The email you used for your eTA application

  • Your full name as it appears on your passport

 

We will get back to you within 24 hours and tell you if the refund is reasonable and possible. For more information, you can email us or visit the FAQ page.
